Itinerary

9:00 AM
Arrival & Check-In

Collect your Full Admission wristband at the gate. Grab a park map and plan your route.

9:30 AM
Hoyo Azul Cenote

Hit the centrepiece first while the light is perfect. A short descent leads to a natural pool of almost impossibly blue water cradled by limestone walls.

11:00 AM
Zip Lines

Clip in and glide across the canopy with views over cliffs and tropical forest. Multiple cables let you build speed and confidence.

12:30 PM
Lunch Break (Own Expense)

Refuel at one of the park's on-site restaurants. Options range from wood-fired pizza to traditional Dominican plates.

1:30 PM
Iguabonita Cave

Duck into the illuminated cave system. Stalactites, stalagmites, and ancient Taino carvings line the paths.

2:30 PM
Water Slides & Pools

Cool off at Saltos Azules -- natural rock pools linked by water slides and small waterfalls. Recline in a water hammock and let the current rock you.

3:30 PM
Cultural Area & Iguanas

Browse the cultural exhibits on Dominican heritage and wander the iguana enclosure. Great for kids and curious adults alike.

5:00 PM
Departure

Head out with a phone full of photos and legs that will thank you for the hotel pool.

Hoyo Azul alone was worth the admission. Add the zip lines, the caves, and the water slides and you have one of the best days out I have ever had. Bring comfortable shoes.

We spent seven hours and still didn't want to leave. The variety is incredible -- something for every member of the family. Clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed.

The cave walk was unexpectedly moving -- the Taino carvings put everything in perspective. Then the zip lines snapped me right back to full adrenaline. What a day.
