Saona Island Full day Tour
Lunch Included - Paradise Beach Experience
Overview
Saona Island sits inside the protected Cotubunama National Park and looks exactly like the screensaver on your laptop -- except you are standing in it. The day begins with a fast boat ride to the famed natural swimming pool, a knee-deep sandbar where starfish cling to the sandy bottom. After that, it is pure island time: a generous Dominican buffet, a well-stocked open bar, and miles of empty beach to wander. The tour welcomes every age group and every energy level -- whether you want to snorkel, play volleyball, or simply doze in a hammock, Saona delivers.
- Zip across open water on a speedboat to the Caribbean's largest natural pool
- Wade among wild starfish in waist-deep, crystal-clear shallows
- Claim your spot on a postcard-perfect stretch of white sand and turquoise sea
- Dig into grilled meats, rice, salads, and tropical fruit washed down with unlimited rum cocktails
Itinerary
Collected from your lobby and driven to the coast. Sit back while we sort the logistics.
A thrilling speedboat ride ends at the famous natural pool. Wade in the shallows, spot starfish, and take photos you'll be posting for years.
Step onto powder-soft sand. Grab a lounge chair, walk the shore, or wade into the warm, gentle surf.
A spread of grilled chicken, Dominican rice and beans, fresh salads, and tropical fruit. Drinks flow freely -- rum punch, Presidente beer, and soft drinks.
Swim, nap in a hammock, play beach games, or hunt for sea glass along the tideline. The island is yours.
Board the boat for one last look at Saona's turquoise waters, then transfer back to your hotel by early evening.

Guest Reviews
The natural pool alone was worth the trip. Then the beach blew us away. Lunch was huge, drinks kept coming, and the staff were wonderful. Our best day in the DR.
Brought my parents and two kids -- everyone had a fantastic time. The beach was clean, the food was plentiful, and DCN's driver was punctual and friendly.
I have visited beaches all over the world and Saona is genuinely top-tier. The water clarity is unreal. Book this tour and thank me later.
