Dolphin Explorer sits right on the Punta Cana coastline and is home to a family of playful bottlenose dolphins. Whether you want a quiet platform encounter, an in-water swim, or the full Excellence program with dorsal rides and dance moves, the park has a program for you. Between sessions you can catch the sea-lion show, feed tropical parrots, or simply relax on the beach -- all within the same facility.

Itinerary
Your driver collects you from the lobby and brings you to the marine park. On arrival you receive a welcome refreshment and a short orientation on dolphin behaviour and safety rules.
Step into the lagoon for your chosen program. Trainers guide every interaction -- handshakes, belly rubs, jumps, and (in swim/excellence tiers) open-water swimming alongside the dolphins.
Enjoy the sea-lion presentation, stroll through the bird aviary, and browse the photo desk before boarding your air-conditioned ride back to the hotel.

Do I need to be a confident swimmer?
Not at all. The Encounter tier takes place on a shallow platform. For the swim programs, life vests are available and trainers stay with you the entire time.
What ages can participate?
Children aged 6 and up can join any program with an accompanying adult. Younger kids are welcome on the Encounter platform under parental supervision.
Are professional photos included?
Photographers shoot every interaction. Packages can be purchased at the photo desk after your session -- digital bundles are the most popular option.
