How do I make a booking?

Booking with DCN Travel is simple. Browse our available services, select your preferred option, choose your date and time, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an instant confirmation email with your booking details and voucher. You can also contact our support team to make a booking over the phone or via WhatsApp.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay for a fast, secure checkout experience. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption.

Is it safe to travel solo?

Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. All our drivers are professionally trained and vetted, and our vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained. Solo travelers benefit from real-time trip tracking, 24/7 support, and experienced local guides on all tours. We have an excellent safety record across thousands of transfers and excursions.

Transfers

Where is the airport pickup point?

Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall holding a name sign with your name on it. After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, simply look for your name at the meeting point. If you have trouble finding your driver, call the number provided on your booking confirmation and we will assist you immediately.

What if my flight is delayed?

No need to worry. We monitor all incoming flights in real time, so your driver will automatically adjust their arrival time to match your updated landing schedule. There are no additional charges for flight delays. Your driver will be there when you arrive, no matter what time that may be.

Can I request a specific vehicle type?

Yes, we offer a range of vehicle types to suit your needs. Choose from comfortable sedans for couples, spacious SUVs for families, or luxury vans for larger groups. Child seats are also available upon request at no extra charge. Simply indicate your preference during the booking process or contact us ahead of your trip.

Tours & Activities

Where is the meeting point?

The meeting point for each tour is listed on the tour detail page and included on your booking voucher. In most cases, we offer complimentary hotel pickup directly from your resort lobby. If the tour departs from a specific location, detailed directions and a map link will be provided in your confirmation email.

What happens if it rains?

Our tours operate rain or shine, as light tropical rain is part of the Caribbean experience! However, in the event of extreme weather conditions such as hurricanes or tropical storms that make it unsafe to proceed, we will offer a full refund or reschedule your tour at no additional cost.

Are meals included in the price?

It varies by tour. Many of our full-day excursions include lunch and refreshments, while half-day tours may not. Each tour listing clearly indicates what is included in the price. Check the "What's Included" section on the tour detail page for specific details about meals, drinks, and any other inclusions.
