Is hotel pickup included with every tour?
Yes, round-trip transportation from your Punta Cana or Bavaro hotel is included with almost every tour we offer. Our driver meets you in your hotel lobby at the confirmed time. We send you the exact pickup time via WhatsApp 24 hours before your excursion.
Can I book a tour for a large group or a private experience?
Absolutely. Many of our tours can be arranged as private or semi-private outings. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, planning a team retreat, or traveling with extended family, reach out to our team and we will customize the experience to your group size.
What is your cancellation policy?
We keep things flexible. You can cancel or reschedule any tour free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. For changes within the 24-hour window, a partial fee may apply. Contact our support team and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do you also offer airport transfers?
